WHAT WE NEED… Vaccine records proving that your dog is up-to-date through their stay for the following vaccines:

New Client Boarding Request
New Clients -
Please fill out the new client request form and a member of our team will verify your stay via email. Please check the spam folder in your email, or add boarding@domesticdogtrain.com to your email contacts ahead of time.
Please note that holidays are our busiest times of year, advance notice is highly recommended for major holidays. Boarding prices increase by $10 per dog on holidays.
Once you have submitted the request form, please forward updated vaccines to boarding@domesticdogtrain.com. Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper are REQUIRED.
Returning Client Boarding Request
Returning Clients -
If you have boarded with us after 2021, please use the returning client request form. If you have boarded in the past, but have a new dog we have not seen yet, please use the new client boarding form.
You will receive an email confirmation from one of our team members, please check your spam folder if you do not see an email from us, or add boarding@domesticdogtrain.com to your email contacts.
We can always accomodate go-home baths for the end of the boarding stay, to schedule a full groom, please fill out the grooming request form on the grooming page and Emily will reach out to schedule.
